The Cozze 17" Premium Rotate pizza oven is designed for serious outdoor cooking with professional-level results. As a result, you can bake crisp, stone-baked pizzas in just around 2 minutes. It combines high power, precision control, and advanced rotation technology for consistent cooking performance.
Firstly, it features a powerful 8.0 kW SS430 U-shaped stainless steel burner. This ensures fast heat-up times and stable temperatures up to 500°C. In addition, the digital LED display and front-mounted thermometer give you precise control over cooking conditions at all times.
The rotating cordierite pizza stone (Ø42.5 cm) delivers true 360° even cooking. Therefore, your pizza bakes evenly without the need for manual turning. At the same time, the double-chamber SS430 steel interior improves heat retention and efficiency.
