Plan the enclosure before ordering

Choose a barbecue intended for built-in installation. Do not assume that a freestanding barbecue can be enclosed. Confirm the manufacturer’s cut-out dimensions, support requirements, clearances, ventilation and access for cleaning and maintenance before commissioning cabinets or worktops.

Check the gas type specified for the exact model. An LPG model and a natural-gas installation are different arrangements; conversion must only follow the manufacturer’s approved instructions and components. Arrange installation advice appropriate to the appliance and your site.
