Firstly, it features a powerful 6.0 kW SS430 U-shaped stainless steel burner. This ensures rapid heat-up times and stable temperatures up to 500°C. In addition, the front-mounted thermometer and digital LED heat control provide accurate temperature management throughout cooking.
The rotating cordierite pizza stone (Ø34.5 cm) ensures 360° even cooking. Therefore, you no longer need to manually turn your pizza during baking. At the same time, the double-chamber SS430 steel interior improves heat efficiency and consistency.
